Cat Haven

All the staff were amazing, really informative and friendly. The shelter was under renovation when I went but the space was really neat and clean and didn’t smell at all! The cats were well cared for and had great information.

What a great place. Adopted my little kitty there almost 10 months ago, staff were very friendly and helpful. Even 10 months later they are still helpful, and gave me some tips on flying my kitty to another state. That's for everything you do Cat Haven! Making the world a happier and fluffier place, one adoption at a time.

Had a horrible experience trying to adopt there. Worker showed us 1 cat that we decided would be a great fit, then informed us, he shouldn’t be in that area and couldn’t be adopted, which was a bit gutting so we had a thorough look at the others available. We then had a long interaction with a cat that we fully fell in love with. As we stood back to wait to ask to adopt, someone else jumped in and immediately adopted him without interaction. The worker immediately pulled his paperwork out before even asking us about this cat. Twice in a row was enough to walk out very upset as we had our hearts crushed. No acknowledgment of what happened was the icing on the cake.Very rude, and uncaring.

I have to say a massive thank you to Cat Haven we can in on Saturday morning 17/06/2023 to come and have a look as my partner and I were looking to adopt a kitten or cat just not straight away as we want to pick the right one for us but didn’t expect our little kitten Sauron to pick us to go home with on the same day and Sauron has made himself quite at home in the space of 24 hours here are some photos of our little Sauron and thank you so very much for making our first time adopting an amazing experience

Adopted a cat from the Haven a few years ago now. I was encouraged by the teams cause and soon after joined as a volunteer. Cat Haven is fueled by people dedicated to the welfare of animals. They do an amazing job and I'm so thankful, my little girl Tessa changed my life <3

Staff are always so lovely and their passion for caring for cats in need is outstanding. I volunteer as a foster carer and they have made the process so easy, I highly recommend.

We just adopted a lovely little man from Cat Haven almost two weeks ago and I am so glad we did! He is beautiful, so cuddly and truly the perfect for us. The staff were all so helpful and really took their time with us to make sure we found the perfect cat for my family. Thank you Cat Haven ❤️

I called them up set and appointment and 10am the next day and chose my cat in 20 minutes and cat havan has a great selection on stuff for your cat but I don't recommend doing it online it takes a long time for reposed and there are already taken and I took 6 months online no luck just come to cat haven online is not recommended

Awesome experience. Adopted a 4 years old cat for 3 months from Cat Haven. Adoption process was simple and fast.I felt grateful for having a friendly cat, never bite or scratch us, never jump to kitchen bench top, well toilet trained etc…Adoption is a good way to start if you lack of experience in taking care kittens.
